Job Description: PS/AI, post editing, illustration production
Assist the project team leader to produce, edit and plan short video content on platforms such as Douyin and Xiaohongshu to achieve the goals of brand promotion, user growth and commercial monetization.
The specific work content is as follows:
1. Short video content creation: High-quality short video content should have the characteristics of short, concise, unique and interesting, and strong visual impact, and be related to the brand to effectively enhance brand awareness.
2. Short video gameplay planning: The appropriate short video type and mechanism should be selected based on the target user, and specific fan number and interaction indicators should be achieved.
3. Short video data analysis: Through the analysis of playback volume, number of views, interactive data, etc., we can understand user preferences and behavioral habits, and guide content optimization and future operational decisions.
4. In addition, it may also involve account positioning, creating account IP (including avatar, account name, personalized signature, video cover), selection and production of video content, and account operation. For example, account positioning requires determining the content direction based on one's own expertise or data analysis and conducting arguments.
Experience requirements:
1. Proficient in using a variety of video software, animation software, and music editing software.
2. Those with experience in operating the Douyin platform/video account platform are preferred. PPT will be used for work reports.
3. Experience in video promotion is preferred.
4. Can accept overtime and occasional shooting
